James came to the Chapel in July of 2014 from Duke’s Office of News and Communications where he worked as a writer, producer and, most recently, video manager. Before that, he was a production assistant on WUNC Radio’s “The State of Things” show. He went to Duke as an undergraduate, majoring in physics. He is an ordained deacon in the Episcopal Church. He lives in Durham with his wife and five children.
